Payments: Your remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay. Refunds: All transactions are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Rescheduling: All appointment changes must be made a minimum of 48 hours (2 full days) in advance. Any changes made within the 48-hour window of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit/booking fee. A new deposit/booking fee will be required in order to reserve a future appointment, at the discretion of QBrows. No-Shows: No-show appointments result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit/booking fee. A new deposit/booking fee will be required in order to reserve a future appointment, at the discretion of QBrows. Refuse of Service: QBrows reserves the right to refuse service in instances including but not limited to: disrespect of artist/time/policies/property/other Sola Salon professionals, and failure to follow pre-care instructions (i.e. caffeine/alcohol consumption, recent facial product use, etc.). Cancellation Policy

You cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. I charge a 30% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
